        Candacia is an experienced Sales and Service professional. She has achieved excellence over a 14-year career through sterling commitment to the Banking and Financial Services industry in international jurisdictions- more specifically in the areas of: Bank Operations; Wealth Management; Risk Management; Compliance and Financial Advice. She is a goal-oriented professional with charismatic people management, leadership, and team-building skills. Having served in the financial services sector for her entire career, she has reaped success through mentorship, training and development, and people empowerment. Candacia places special emphasis on team building and positive team engagement – as this, she believes, helps to create a recipe for success. She loves people and her daily ambition is to leave a positive indelible impact on everyone to whom she interacts with. Candacia is passionate about providing excellent customer service both to her internal and external customers, as both are equally important to the success of any organization.         Jamie has been with Bank of Montreal for over 10 years and has a proven track record of successful hiring and employee management. A Halifax local, Jamie received a BA from Saint Mary’s University and joined BMO while living in the Prairies. Jamie held numerous roles and leadership positions in BMO Personal Banking before joining BMO Private Wealth in 2020. Outside of the office, Jamie, enjoys spending time with his family on and around the water of St. Margaret’s Bay.
