Senior Investment Counsellor & Portfolio Manager
As a Senior Investment Counsellor & Portfolio Manager, Lori is responsible for providing investment management and wealth planning services to high-net worth individuals, families and institutions at BMO Private Wealth.
With over 20 years of investment management experience, Lori joined BMO Private Wealth in 2017. Prior to this, Lori was a Financial Planner at BMO Financial Group between 2009-2017. During the first half of her career, Lori was a member of the CIBC Wood Gundy team in Toronto. Lori is also is also a part-time professor at Fanshawe College’s Lawrence Kinlin School of Business.
Lori is a graduate of Huron College, Western University. She has attained her Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and earned the Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designation.
In 2020, Lori founded the London Professional Women Group, a collection of professionals in all fields of business. Ranging from realtors, lawyers and accountants to community leaders and social media personalities. The group meets monthly to support one another, share best practices and provide the opportunity to contribute to the community with various events and referral networks.
Over the years Lori has been active giving back to the London community with areas of focus in poverty alleviation, food security and charities supporting children and youth.
At BMO Private Wealth, Lori is a three-time recipient of the Best of the Best award and has recently won the Quarterly Top Performer spotlight award for Q2 of 2021.
