Jeff Hill has been appointed a Vice President and Senior Investment Advisor at the firm, and is also the Market Leader (for one of the largest BMO Nesbitt Burn Offices in Canada).  He has over 20 years of broad based financial services experience, over 10 of which he has been working to manage the wealth of high net worth families and corporations across Canada. Prior to joining BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., Jeff spent 7 years with a major international bank, laterally as an Assistant Vice President in the Toronto based corporate and commercial lending group.

Jeff served two consecutive terms on the Board of Directors of the local chapter of the Canadian Society of Association Executives (“CSAE”), works with a number of local benevolent causes, and is an active fundraiser and contributor to Ashbury College.
Jeff completed his Undergraduate studies at Bishop's University (BBA, Finance & Economics) and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Trinity College, University of Dublin, Ireland

Megan McCarthy has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, from three separate companies. Megan started her career at ScotiaMcLeod as an associate, and moved to Richardson GMP in operations, before transferring to BMO Nesbitt Burns in 2012. Megan joined the Strachan-Hill Wealth Management group in January 2017.

Megan manages client portfolios and financial plans on a day to day basis. Through regular contact with our clients, Megan ensures that our clients remain on a successful financial path.
