Born and raised in Saskatoon, Dan entered the finance industry in 2008. Equipped with a Master’s in Economics from Queen’s University, Dan worked as an Economist in Calgary, forecasting the economy and appearing frequently in local and national TV & print media.

Transitioning to the resource sector in 2012, Dan worked corporate finance roles at Talisman Energy followed by BHP Billiton in Saskatoon. A holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, Dan began working at BMO Private Banking in September 2017.

A broad finance background gained from working at large multinational firms combined with his knowledge of the local economy allow Dan to relate to prairie clients and offer them expertise in investment management. Having been told he’s a good listener, Dan will professionally work with you to get an in-depth understanding of your needs and apply his investment expertise to your portfolio.
