With deep knowledge of all facets of the private banking business and more than 35 years of experience, Caroline LeBlanc brings exceptional acumen and personalized services to families with significant net worth. From the smallest details to the largest and most complex issues, Caroline delivers excellence with the utmost distinction. She has been consistently recognized as a top performer at BMO Private Banking. Since 1999, her client satisfaction scores have been the highest or second highest in Canada and she has long been a member of the Chairman’s Council and, before that, a member of the Platinum Council.

Following a holistic approach, she will collaborate with BMO Private Wealth colleagues to design integrated solutions that exceed your expectations – financial plans, tax and estate plans, investment strategies, trust services, philanthropic leadership, and Private Banking services, including complex credit structures.
After working for the Bank of Nova Scotia for a short time, Caroline joined the Bank of Montreal Personal & Commercial Group in 1987 and has held progressively senior positions with BMO. She holds an MBA in Financial Services from Dalhousie University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Ottawa Telfer School of Management, her securities license, and two credentials from the Institute of Canadian Bankers: a Trust Specialist Diploma and the Personal Financial Planner (PFP®) designation with a Specialty in Personal Trust, Estate and Wealth Management. Caroline is a designate of the Institute of Family Enterprise Advisors (IFEA), a distinction she earned from the Sauder Business Family Centre at UBC to expand her expertise on generational wealth transition. She also has a working knowledge of French.
Caroline financially supports many charitable causes, particularly those promoting children’s literacy and nutrition. She hails from a large family, so reserving time for loved ones is a top priority. Caroline enjoys getting outdoors, relaxing at her Muskoka cottage, downhill skiing, and travelling with her two amazing children.
Andrea Da Silva, MBA
Private Banking Associate
Andrea began her career at BMO in March 2018 as a Customer Service Representative at First Canadian Place branch. She has held various roles of increasing responsibility over the years including Personal Banking Associate and, most recently, Personal Banker. Andrea joined Private Wealth and the team in January 2023.
Andrea has a vast knowledge in everyday banking, lending and investments; driven to provide an excellent customer experience. She is a 6 time winner of the Quarterly Spotlight award and prides herself on the level of service she provides to her clients.
During her spare time, Andrea enjoys hiking, the outdoors, yoga and classic old movies. She highly recommends the Skerwink and Berry Head Trail in the West Coast for some great exercise and amazing views!
Bita Piroozpanah, BBA
Private Banking Officer
Bita Piroozpanah is known for her teamwork, problem solving, flexibility, organizational skills, and fluency in Persian. She treats everyone with respect and finds every possible way to make our clients’ day-to-day financial dealings simple and easy. Bita handles client inquiries, ensures that issues get resolved promptly, provides integrated private banking services, and supports Caroline with her daily activities.
With a background in business management, Bita joined BMO Financial Group in 2011 and worked as a Client Service Representative and Private Banking Associate prior to joining our team in 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Islamic Azad University (IAU) in Tehran, Iran.
Outside of work, Bita values time spent with her husband and son. She also enjoys reading, painting, composing music, swimming and getting out for long walks.
Chandni Dedakia, PFP®
Private Banker
Chandni Dedakia embarked on her professional journey in January 2017 at the Bank of Montreal, initially serving as a financial services manager. Transitioning from there, she assumed the role of a small business advisor at The Bank of Nova Scotia, where her responsibilities included the management and acquisition of new relationships within her extensive portfolio. In April 2023, Chandni joined the BMO private wealth team. In her role as a private banker, Chandni channels her efforts towards collaborating with the next generation, providing educational guidance on financial matters, and supporting them in the process of building and expanding their wealth.
On the academic front, Chandni holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Waterloo and has earned her Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designation.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Chandni finds joy in traveling, hiking, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
