Meghan McAlister is an experienced wealth professional with over 15 years of success. Meghan’s industry experience spans Investment Management, Compliance, Operations and Leadership at BMO Private Wealth, as well as top independent firms. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, with a focus in Psychology and Business, from the University of Victoria, achieved a specialized Options & Derivatives license with CIRO, and is a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM). Meghan is active both within the firm and her community in various initiatives, and is the proud recipient of the Emerging Leader Award from Women in Capital Markets, in 2022. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the New Hope Recovery Foundation and Mentor at Gustavson Business School.

Santiago is a Portfolio Assistant based in Kelowna, supporting portfolio management activities and investment processes alongside the team. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Hertfordshire, continued his education at Okanagan College, and holds his mutual funds license. Santiago brings banking experience and a strong interest in geopolitics and financial economics. He is actively engaged in his community and is highly motivated by issues related to poverty alleviation, inequality, and social change.
