JJ has two sons and a wife who share many interests. They enjoy skiing, camping, and golf as a family. JJ is an avid fisherman who is also part of a competitive BBQ team.

 

Prior to his current role, JJ was in charge of deal structuring for BMO Private Banking for Western Canada. In this role, JJ drove high value and complex deals forward to final approval and funding. This background provides uniquely deep insight on financial structures and a creative thought process for achieving ideal outcomes.
