About Me

Before joining BMO Private Wealth in 2019, I started my career with BMO in 2005 as a Commercial Account Manager before becoming Vice-President of Commercial Banking for Victoria in 2010. Now, as a Senior Private Banker with 18 years of financial services experience, I focus on my clients and their families banking and financing needs. I pride myself on being client-centric and providing the highest level of advice and service. Solution-focused and determined to get things done, I am eager to help my clients achieve their goals and find creative ways to solve their financial problems. I often bring on my BMO Private Wealth partners to provide investment management advice and to complement the financial and estate planning work of my client's other advisors to provide a truly comprehensive service. My clients are generally business owners, investors and self-employed professionals. Their financial affairs are typically complex and very busy, and they value advice, efficiency and personal service. Many also have relationships with BMO Commercial and Business Banking. Because of my depth of corporate banking experience, I can genuinely add value through collaboration with those BMO colleagues in service of our mutual clients.

A Victoria resident for 25 years, I moved here to earn a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria. My wife and I have chosen to raise our four children and own a small family business in the city, so we are very attached to Victoria. Additionally, I am a proud board member of Power To Be, a non-profit organization that creates access to nature for individuals living with cognitive, physical, financial, and social barriers.
