Born and raised in the Kitchener Waterloo Market, Jacqueline has been in the Financial Services Industry for the last 30 years. With a strong leadership background in retail banking and wealth management, Jacqueline and her team ensure that their clients and their family’s financial goals are explored and achieved. During Jacqueline’s tenure in the Financial Services industry, she has held various roles, which include marketing, human resources, workshop facilitation and practice management. She graduated with her MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University. Jacqueline currently is a member of the board of THEMUSEUM. With 16 years of industry experience, Tonya Bickford supports Jacqueline, Cameron and the passionate professionals at BMO Trust, BMO Nesbitt Burns, BMO Private Investment Counsel and BMO Private Banking Waterloo across Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, Collingwood, Orangeville and Owen Sound. Her role is to reinforce sales process and client experience; provide tech and escalation support; ensure adherence to compliance regulations; manage communications and recruitment; provide sales and practice management coaching; and prepare teams to address shifting trends.
Tonya is a long time Fundraising Coordinator for BMO’s Kids Help Phone Walk so Kids Can Talk annual fundraiser. She launched the BMO W.I.S.E. (Women in a Supporting Environment) Southwestern Ontario Chapter; served on the National Board of Directors of BMO Pride; and is a member of the Centre for Family Business. She is a Registered Yoga Instructor, avid traveller and outdoor enthusiast.
