Before joining BMO Private Wealth in 2025, Aaron spent more than 15 years in Commercial Banking, working closely with business owners and professionals to support their financing and growth objectives. He holds an undergraduate degree from Laurentian University and a Business Diploma from Georgian College. Outside of work, Aaron is passionate about sports, family, and community involvement. Together with his wife, Crystal, he enjoys cheering on their children, Brooklyn and Brody, from the sidelines of soccer fields and dance competitions. When winter arrives, the family looks forward to their annual trip to Florida, where they enjoy spending quality time together and creating lasting memories.
