Enzo has been servicing clients in the financial services industry for over 35 years. He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics. Enzo is an Investment Advisor and Financial Planner as well as a Life Insurance Advisor with BMO Nesbitt Burns Financial Services Inc. He has also completed the PFP (Professional Financial Planning) course. His greatest satisfaction comes from his clients’ financial success and the long-term relationship he develops with each one.
Enzo believes strongly in giving back and has had a long history of volunteer work. Among other activities, he was involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters, FACS, Mainstream, NOTL Minor Hockey and the NOTL Tennis Club. Enzo was born and raised in Sault Ste. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Windsor, where she was awarded the Windsor Law Prize in Access to Justice. She practiced law in Hamilton at one of Hamilton’s largest law firms prior to joining Weaver Hejazi Wealth Management as an Investment Advisor. Alex has spoken at events to educate professionals on building wealth. She is the co-author of 36 Quick Tips for Savvy Women.
As a firm believer in goals based investing—Sam Hejazi focuses on developing, navigating, and monitoring investments to align with client’s financial ambitions and wishes. In addition to monitoring market events, he is responsible for developing diversified strategies that place importance on the value of capital preservation and steady growth. Sam is an Investment Advisor, speaker, and investor advocate. He is also U.S. securities licensed. He obtained a B.A from University of Toronto and is a believer in continuing investor education. Prior to joining Weaver Hejazi Wealth Management, he helped develop, structure, and bring to Canadian markets innovative investment strategies with boutique investment firms in Toronto. I am a certified FMA (Financial Management Advisor) and have completed the Life & Disability Insurance Exam Level I and Level II as well as the Professional Financial Planner Course. I was awarded a Fellowship of the Canadian Securities Institute in 2010.
I currently sit on the board for the Idlewyld Manor Foundation and I am a member of the Hamilton Community Foundation's Women 4 change. I love to read all genres and spend as much time as possible on Georgian Bay.

Bruna Kubay has more then 15 years of experience providing financial services and has been an Investment Advisor and Financial Planner with BMO Private Wealth since 2014. Bruna’s previous roles include Senior Financial Planner and Retirement Specialist at CIBC Imperial Service, Account Manager at BMO Financial Group and Financial Services Representative at RBC. Bruna teamed up with Neil Weedon to create the Weedon-Kubay Investment Group in 2020.
Bruna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Labour Studies and Industrial Relations and a minor in English (Economics) from McMaster University, where she served on the Labour Studies Board. She also has a diploma in Arts and Sciences from Mohawk College, and the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) designation. Bruna reads, writes and speaks Portuguese fluently and enjoys close ties with Hamilton’s Portuguese community.
Neil Weedon, CFP

Neil Weedon has more than 25 years of experience in helping affluent investors with investing and financial planning. After joining BMO Private Wealth Hamilton in 2015, Neil joined forces with Bruna Kubay to create the Weedon-Kubay Investment Group in November 2020.
Neil was born in Luton, England just north of London and moved to Canada in 1982 with his parents and sister. He earned a Business Administration and Management diploma from Sheridan College in Oakville, where he played varsity soccer. Neil started his career in Investor Relations for a mining consulting company and worked briefly with TD Bank before moving to CIBC, where he worked for almost 19 years as a Financial Planning Consultant and Financial Advisor.
Neil holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation conferred by FP Canada and the Registered Retirement Consultant designation conferred by the Canadian Institute of Financial Planning. He has served as Director of the Dean Kruger Memorial Trust in Oakville for more than a decade.
