Ciel joined BMO Private Investment Counsel in Oct 2018 and has been with BMO where she started her career in Finance since Dec 2016. As a portfolio assistant, Ciel conducts daily maintenance of the investment accounts and provides administrative and operation support for Investment counsellor to deliver quality investment management services to clients.
Outside of work, Ciel enjoys yoga and playing badminton. She also loves travelling and exploring the beauty of the world.


Kimiko Comeau, CFA

Director, Business Advisory & Succession Planning

Kimiko is part of the Business Advisory & Succession Planning team, which provides high net worth business owners in transition with a sophisticated, forward-thinking wealth management plan. She works with individuals and business owners in the areas of business succession, transition, sale, mergers & acquisitions, and valuations for the purposes of wealth planning and transfer.

Kimiko is an experienced business advisor who brings more than 10 years of technical and business planning expertise to BMO Wealth Management.
Kimiko joined BMO Wealth Management in 2018 after more than a decade as a mid-market M&A advisor at a Big 4 professional services firm. With a focus on sell-side advisory services for private Alberta-based companies, Kimiko has worked with companies in a range of industries including oil and gas services, manufacturing, distribution and construction. Kimiko has advised on complex transactions including sales to financial and strategic buyers, management buyouts, and shareholder disputes.


Jennifer Muscoft, CPA, CA, TEP

Director, Tax Planning

Jennifer works as part of a collaborative team of wealth planning professionals to assist individuals and business owners with comprehensive tax and estate planning. Drawing on her years of experience in public practice, Jennifer works closely with clients to provide guidance tailored to their specific tax and estate planning needs.

Jennifer is a CPA, CA with over 16 years of experience. Prior to joining BMO, Jennifer was a Senior Tax Manager at one of the largest international accounting firms in Edmonton where she advised a variety of clients in the
areas of tax, estate, retirement and financial planning. Jennifer is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Edmonton Branch and is a member of the Edmonton Estate Planning Council.


Gayle Pederson, TEP, CFP, MTI

Director, Will and Estate Planning

Gayle works with individuals and business owners to provide comprehensive estate and
incapacity plans. An estate and incapacity plan can help to:

Minimize taxes and probate fees, where applicable;

Reduce estate administration costs;

Determine how your assets will be distributed to loved ones and charities;

Appreciate the use of trust structures;

Gayle has over 20 years of experience in the area of wills, estates and trusts. She joined BMO as a Trust Officer in 2002 and was responsible for the administration of many estates and trusts until she began assisting BMO clients with their planning in 2010.

Gayle is committed to continuing education in this ever changing area of wealth planning. In addition to discussing the technical issues, Gayle enjoys passing on helpful practical information that she has gained over her many years of experience administering estates and trusts.


Tyler Lindgren

Estate and Insurance Advisor, BMO Estate Insurance Advisory Services

As an Estate and Insurance Advisor with BMO Estate Insurance Advisory Services, Tyler Lindgren collaborates with Advisors to provide high level knowledge and expertise centered on insurance-based tax, estate and retirement planning solutions for business owners, professionals, executives and retirees. This collective approach enables Tyler to prepare customized strategies to enhance the client's financial position.

Tyler entered the financial services industry in 2007 after graduating from the University of Saskatchewan, College of Commerce and is currently working on his Certified Financial Planner Designation. Along with Mark Moulson, Estate & Insurance Advisor, Tyler serves Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Northern Ontario.


Tafaline Wall, MBA

Senior Private Banker, BMO Private Banking

Tafaline is a specialist in personal and commercial lending strategies. She implements tactics that help with day to day banking needs as well as financing solutions to support your milestones. Tafaline will work closely with you to ensure that any strategies she proposes will complement your investment and retirement plans. She will identify your needs, assess your current situation, highlight gaps, prepare recommendations, implement solutions and monitor your borrowings regularly. If required, she will help coordinate participation from your other advisors, such as lawyers and accountants.

Experience and Background:
Tafaline graduated from the University of Regina, as well as Dalhousie University with an MBA. She also has obtained the Fellow of Institute of Canadian Bankers. She has held many retail and business banking roles in her 30 years of banking, all with Bank of Montreal. She joined the BMO Private Banking team in 2019 as a Senior Private Banker.
Tafaline is an active community supporter, and currently serves on the Board of Directors, with The Hospitals of Regina Foundation. She also sits on the BMO for Women National Council.

Jason Aspinall, BA, CFP

Director, Wealth Planning, BMO Wealth Planning

As a member of the Wealth Management Consulting team, Jason brings together the knowledge and experience of our in-house tax and estate professionals and works with Investment Advisors and their clients to develop sound wealth management plans. He provides support and direction about complex issues such as retirement and income planning, tax planning, cash management, business succession, transition planning, estate and gift planning, and charitable giving.


Jason has over 7 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining BMO, he worked as a Financial Consultant creating comprehensive financial plans for his client base. Jason received the Certified Financial Planner designation in 2014 and the Chartered Life Underwriter designation in 2018.


Jamie Catterall, B.Sc., CFP

Director, Indigenous Trust Services

As Director of Indigenous Trust Services for Western Canada, Jamie is a collaborative team member and a creative thinker. He has a passion for building relationships with Indigenous communities and for providing superior customer service. His network extends into municipal, provincial and federal governments, professional Indigenous associations and professional resources. 

Since joining BMO in 1988, Jamie has held many positions of increasing responsibility across various roles and lines of business. The majority of his career has been in Commercial Banking and Corporate Finance. Jamie first became engaged in the Indigenous market in 2003 while on Vancouver Island. 


David Hidlebaugh, B.Comm. (Hons), PFP, MTI

Associate Director and Sr. Trust Officer, BMO Trust Company

David helps his clients with the proper administration of their estates. His professional services result in an efficient estate administration and often reduce family friction and conflict. As a professional trustee, David ensures your beneficiary’s needs are professionally attended to and guarantee stewardship of their trust. David is also an active member of the Estate Planning Council of Winnipeg.
