Amal Eldassouki is a trusted Senior Private Banker who brings over 35 years of experience advising select, affluent clients in Calgary, Red Deer, Lethbridge and surrounding areas. She has worked with BMO since 1987 and has been a Private Banker since 2002.
 
With a passionately personal approach, Amal collaborates with her clients’ advisors to develop customized strategies that act as a roadmap to help them achieve their financial and personal goals. She also works closely with partners across BMO Financial Group, coordinating the right team of advisers and partners to customize a full range of solutions and services for her clients. They include investment managers, Commercial Bankers, business succession planners, estate and trust specialists, and tax and wealth planners. Amal is known for her team approach, commitment to service, loyal clients, and mentorship of other wealth professionals.
 
Fluent in Arabic, Amal holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Managerial Economics from the University of Calgary. Working towards her goal to serve on a board of directors, she has completed the Board Fundamentals Course with the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and the Not-For-Profit (NFP) course at the University of Calgary.
 
Amal is actively involved in her community as a volunteer with Junior Achievement and Kids Help Phone. She and her husband have two grown kids who are currently at university in Regina and Lethbridge. They are discovering the joys of travelling as a couple for the first time in many years. Amal stays active by exercising, walking and jogging. Her passion is reading biographies, The Economist, and non-fiction. She also loves dining out to sample new culinary experiences.
